Following recent announcements by government authorities regarding the review of fuel management and transportation operations during the period of energy market volatility, Bangchak Sriracha Public Company Limited (BSRC) would like to state that the Company has fully cooperated with the relevant authorities by providing information, documents, and related details in support of the review process in accordance with applicable procedures.

The Company reaffirms that its fuel production, inventory management, transportation, and delivery operations at the Bangchak Sriracha Refinery have been conducted in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards. The Company maintains transparent and fully traceable control, verification, and record-keeping systems for fuel receipts and dispatches. Fuel production and deliveries were carried out in accordance with sales and delivery plans, while relevant information has continuously been provided to the relevant authorities. The Company has also ensured that transportation documentation and related records comply with all legal and regulatory requirements. The Company is not involved in any fuel stockpiling or deliberate delays in fuel distribution.
